When can we meet?（已經(jīng)說好要見面了）咱倆什么時候碰頭？

更準確可以選擇“get together"

When can we get together?（普通的什么時候可以見面，可以是很久沒有見面的朋友）咱們什么時候可以見面??？

答：明天下午
